Former California Governor and Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court

Earl Warren College, the fourth of UCSD's undergraduate colleges, was founded in 1974 to commemorate the groundbreaking achievements of the popular California governor and Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Our curriculum encourages both depth and breadth, stresses the relationship between the individual and society, and includes a course in ethics for every student.

We seek to provide the education, formal and informal, needed for future leaders, private citizens, and professionals.
