& I-HouseResident Advisors 2007-2008
Resident Advisors are student staff
members selected to oversee residential buildings. They are responsible
for assisting each living group in planning activities, for resolving
conflicts that may arise, and for enforcing University policies.
They are a good source of information and provide a link to the
University community. RA's are selected for their leadership abilities
and their desire to create a positive living environment. They are
trained in areas ranging from programming to crisis management.
