A Special Note for Summer 2008 Degree and Diploma Applicants
- All Summer Degree and Diploma Applications will be processed after all of UCSD’s Summer Sessions have ended. This is per the UCSD Registrar and is regardless of where and when you are finishing your last summer course(es).
- Students who are finishing their last courses outside of UCSD, or have transfer coursework that has never been posted by UCSD, should have transcripts sent as soon as they are available to the following address:
- UCSD Admissions
Attn: Transcript Evaluations
9500 Gilman Drive, MC 0021
La Jolla, CA 92093-0021
- UCSD Admissions quotes 6-8 weeks for the posting of transcripts. If all of your transfer work is not posted to your Academic History on Tritonlink by October 24th, your degree conferral will be significantly delayed.
- A student who has all of their coursework posted to their UCSD record by mid-September, as well as no “IP” or “I” grades can expect their degree to be conferred around mid-November and their diploma to arrive in early December/January. This is normal and just how long it takes!
- General questions or inquiries about the status of your degree or diploma can be addressed to http://vac.ucsd.edu.
- Remember, you can log back into http://degree.ucsd.edu at any time to track the status of your degree.
